• Waveback was created to be an inclusive community. However, you cannot join if you are under 18 years old, are a convicted sex offender, or have previously had a Waveback account disabled due to a violation of terms

 

• To ensure that all users feel welcome and open to being themselves, Waveback will not tolerate any hate speech or any other behaviors that put the well-being of users at risk. Engaging in such behaviors will lead to a termination of the violator’s account. Please take other users’ feelings into consideration when using the app

 

• If any post on Waveback involves the use of alcohol or controlled substances, that must be stated explicitly and it is the host's responsibility to ensure to no underage or illegal consumption is involved

 

• It is the responsibility of the users involved to make sure no violation of any laws occur during any meeting set up on Waveback

 

• It is the responsibility of the users to make sure that they do not infringe of violate the rights of any other users or third parties

 

• Waveback reserves the right to terminate accounts at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated the terms of this agreement, if we believe your actions negatively impact other users, or to protect our brand or platform

 

• When Waveback uses third party services to provide features on the app, then users may be required to comply with the terms of service that apply to these features

 

• At Waveback we take inappropriate behavior and content seriously. However, Waveback Inc. ("the company") does not have any obligation to monitor, nor does the company take any responsibility for, content created by users

 

• Waveback currently has no feature for hosts to charge users for any events on the app. If a host does decide to charge joiners, you agree to release Waveback Inc. as well as the company's officers, directors, and employees from any liability or claims arising from these transactions

 

• Waveback is a platform to connect users, but the company does not claim any responsibility for what happens during any meetings. Please exercise caution accordingly. To the full extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to release the company as well as the company's officers, directors, and employees from claims, demands, and damages, direct and consequential, arising out of or in any way connected with your interactions with other members or users

 

• Users must ensure that all the information they provide is true and accurate

 

• Waveback Inc. does not run background checks on users and does not take responsibility for the validity of the information provided by users

 

• By accepting these terms and conditions you agree not to attempt to reverse engineer or discover the source code of the Waveback app or website

 

• Waveback Inc. reserves the right to update these terms and conditions in the future, users will be notified if any such update occurs
